Accessibility Statement

Lucie Mé is committed to making our clinics and website accessible to everyone.

Last updated: May 2026

Our commitment

Lucie Mé is committed to ensuring that everyone who visits our clinics or our website can access our services. Our website is designed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, and we aim to provide a welcoming and physically accessible environment at both clinic locations.

We review our website and clinic practices regularly and welcome feedback about where we can do better.

Website accessibility

Our website is built to be usable by people with a range of abilities and assistive technologies. We apply descriptive alternative text to images, use sufficient colour contrast for text, structure content with clear heading hierarchies, and ensure interactive elements are reachable by keyboard.

If you encounter any content on lucieme.com that you cannot access, please contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format as quickly as we are able.

Physical accessibility

Both our Yorkville and North York clinics are located within accessible shopping centres. Accessible entrances, elevators, and parking are available at both sites. Specific accessibility details for each location, including exact parking and entrance information, are available by calling the clinic directly. We are happy to help arrange your visit in a way that works for you.

Requesting accommodations

If you require any accommodation to visit us or to access our services, please call or email us in advance. We will do our best to arrange what you need.

Feedback

We take accessibility feedback seriously. If you find anything on our website or at our clinics that creates a barrier, please let us know at either clinic email address above. We will respond as soon as we are able and advise on next steps.
