A lifting treatment close to home
Our clinic at Fairview Mall lifts and tightens the brow, jawline, jowls, and neck with focused ultrasound, which reaches the same deep layer a surgical face lift tightens. The results build gradually and there's no surgery involved at any point. Our complete HIFU guide covers the technology, the timeline, and who makes a good candidate.
Established 2010
The Lucie Mé standard, in North York
Lucie Mé was established in 2010, and the North York clinic brings its non-surgical treatment menu to CF Fairview Mall at 1800 Sheppard Avenue East. HIFU here is delivered by medically trained professionals, and every new client starts with a complimentary consultation. Because HIFU suits mild to moderate skin laxity best, that first assessment matters more for this treatment than for most: it tells you whether HIFU is right for your face.

How an appointment here works
Getting to the clinic
If you're driving, Fairview Mall's parking is free. By TTC, Don Mills station connects directly to the mall: it's the end of Line 4, and anyone on Line 1 can transfer at Sheppard-Yonge.
The assessment
HIFU starts with a complimentary consultation where the clinician examines your skin, judges how much laxity there is, and sets out what the treatment can and can't do for your face.
The treatment itself
Sessions run 45 to 90 minutes depending on the areas treated, with no incision and no real downtime afterwards. You can drive yourself home, or finish the errands you parked for first.

Individual results vary. Results depend on the treatment, your skin, and how your body responds; the gallery shows the range of outcomes these treatments can achieve.

One handpiece, three treatment depths: the technology section of our HIFU guide explains how focused ultrasound reaches the SMAS layer, and why that's the layer that matters for lift.
Local questions
HIFU in North York, answered
Can I drive myself home after HIFU at Fairview Mall?
Yes. HIFU needs no anaesthesia and has no real downtime, so driving home is no different from driving in, and the mall's parking is free while you're treated. You may notice mild redness for a few hours afterwards, or a little tenderness along the jawline over the following days, but neither affects your ability to drive. A HIFU session at the North York clinic works as a self-contained trip: park, be treated, run whatever errands brought you to Fairview Mall anyway, and drive home.
How long does a HIFU appointment take at the North York clinic?
Between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on how much is being treated. A full face and neck session sits at the longer end, while a single area, such as a brow lift or the neck alone, can be done in 30 to 45 minutes. Allow a little extra for a first appointment, since the clinician goes through pre- and post-treatment instructions in detail. Because the clinic is inside Fairview Mall with free parking, the time commitment is just the appointment: no meter to feed, no downtown traffic to build in.
Is HIFU pricing the same at both Lucie Mé locations?
It's identical. A HIFU treatment plan costs the same whether you have it at Fairview Mall or at Yorkville, so the choice between clinics comes down to which one fits your week. What does change the cost is the plan itself: HIFU is priced by treatment area, and a brow lift is a different undertaking from a full face and neck. That's why no number is published here; it would only be accurate for some people. Ask the clinician at the complimentary consultation and they'll work out the cost of your plan with you.
Can I have the consultation and the treatment on the same visit?
Sometimes, though for HIFU it's usually better to book them separately. The clinician examines your skin, judges the degree of laxity, and confirms you're a good candidate before any energy is delivered, and some people learn that HIFU isn't the right treatment for them at all. It's complimentary. If you'd like to combine both in one visit, call the Fairview Mall clinic on (416) 492-6111 when you book and we'll tell you what's possible for the areas you have in mind.
When should I book HIFU in North York if I've got a date in mind?
Book about three months ahead, further out than most treatments need. HIFU results build as your body produces new collagen, so the meaningful lift shows around the three-month mark and keeps refining through six months; the small amount of immediate tightening you see on the day fades within a week or two. If you're planning around a wedding or a run of photographs, count backwards and book the treatment early. The Fairview Mall clinic can map the timing with you at the complimentary consultation.
