Lucie Mé

Privacy Policy

How Lucie Mé collects, uses, and protects your personal and health information.

Effective date: July 2026

Who we are

Lucie Mé operates two medi spa clinics in Toronto: Yorkville inside Holt Renfrew Centre (50 Bloor Street West, Unit C10) and Fairview Mall (1800 Sheppard Avenue East, North York). This policy describes how we handle personal information across both locations and through our website at lucieme.com.

As an Ontario healthcare-adjacent business, we operate in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide our services safely. This typically includes: your name, email address, and phone number; consultation notes and treatment records; medical history and contraindication information relevant to the treatments you are considering; before-and-after photographs (with your separate written consent); and payment records processed through our third-party payment provider.

When you visit lucieme.com, our analytics tools collect anonymised data about page visits and session duration. This data does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and confirm appointments, deliver treatments safely, maintain accurate clinical records, and communicate with you about your bookings. We do not sell your information to any third party. We do not use your personal information for marketing without your express consent.

Your health information is used exclusively for clinical purposes at the location where you receive treatment.

Health information

Clinical records, consultation notes, and treatment photographs are confidential records. They are held securely and accessed only by the practitioners involved in your care. We retain clinical records for the period required by applicable Ontario healthcare regulations.

We will not disclose your health information to any person outside our clinical team without your written consent, except as required by law.

Third-party services

We use third-party software for appointment scheduling and payment processing. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable law. We do not share more information with them than is necessary to complete the transaction or service. A current list of our service providers is available on request.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our pages. These cookies collect aggregate, anonymised data only. No personal identifiers are stored in cookies on lucieme.com. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect your ability to use the site.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to any personal information we hold about you, to request that inaccurate information be corrected, and to ask us to stop using your information for marketing communications at any time. Some health records are subject to legal retention requirements and cannot be deleted on request, but we will explain any such constraints clearly.

To make a privacy request, contact us at the email address below. We will respond as soon as we are able, within the timeframe required by applicable law.
