Terms of Service
Please read these terms before booking a treatment. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the conditions below.
Appointments and cancellations
We ask for advance notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Injectable treatments may have a longer notice period than standard treatments. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.
If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. We will reschedule you at no charge.
Medical assessment
Injectable treatments (including Botox, dermal fillers, lip enhancement, lipolysis, PRP, and exosome therapy) require a medical assessment before treatment. This assessment is conducted at consultation and may be repeated if your health history changes. Lucie Mé reserves the right to decline treatment if the assessment indicates a contraindication.
Age requirements
Age requirements apply to certain treatments. Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested at any appointment.
Pricing and payment
Treatment prices are listed at our clinics and on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit card, debit card, and electronic transfer.
Individual results
Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. No specific result is guaranteed. Factors including skin type, lifestyle, health history, and adherence to aftercare instructions all influence results. Any information provided by our practitioners regarding expected outcomes is an honest professional opinion, not a guarantee.
Promotions and offers
Promotional offers are non-transferable and have no cash value. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previously purchased treatments unless explicitly stated. Lucie Mé reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
Clinical photographs
Before-and-after photographs may be taken for your clinical record. These are stored confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Use of your photographs for any marketing purpose requires your separate written consent. You may decline or withdraw consent for marketing use at any time without affecting your access to treatment.
Conduct at our clinics
We ask all clients and visitors to treat our team and other clients with courtesy and respect. Lucie Mé reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a manner that is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
